Spring Equinox Foraging & Medicine Walk

Sunday 29th March | 3 Hours | 11am-2pm

South Norwood Country Park, London

As we cross the threshold into spring, the land begins to wake.

Tender greens push through the soil, bitter leaves return to support our digestion and medicines that have been quietly waiting all winter begin to reappear.

Join me for the first foraging walk of the year, a 3-hour guided exploration of the wild, edible and medicinal plants emerging this season.

Together we will:

• Identify and ethically harvest spring herbs
• Taste wild greens and learn their properties
• Explore how these plants support the body in seasonal transition
• Sit in a meditative tea tasting
• Create your own herbal glycerite to take home

This is your invitation to begin seeing the land differently.

It’s an invitation to build a deeper relationship with the land and to recognise what is growing around you, and what it might be offering.

Whether you’re completely new to foraging or looking to deepen your knowledge, this space is welcoming, grounded and interactive.

Expect fresh air, practical learning, gentle ritual and connection with lovely, like-minded people.

Spring is about emergence. Come and meet what’s emerging.

🌱 Sliding scale: £30–£35
